At this time of profound confusion, this dichotomy, combined with a hyper-stimulation of communication, has produced effects from many points of view: from the social and individual perception of risk to the change in relational dynamics between individuals, passing through new and delicate geopolitical balances underlying equally volatile power relationships. In a climate subject to constant and incontrovertible change, the only certainty is that the world, after the pandemic, will never be the same again.
