The revelation of Giuseppe Ferrari, the philosophy of a European order

Abstract

Giuseppe Ferrari was an eclectic and controversial scholar, he was an intellectual in love with his Country: Italy, to the point of elaborating a complex philosophical-juridical theory, with the aim of improving the Italian system in its own right, that of his second homeland: France. Ferrari compares the Italian and French legal systems through the thinking of great political scholars and developing his own legal theory in order to hypothesize a legal system based on commonality.
