The present essay will briefly highlight some of the fundamental problems of the contemporary world, with a focus on the geopolitical and geo-economic dynamics. Specifically, the work will debate three main themes: the conflicts for the prime resources, the cyber-wars in cyberspace, and the issues related to the illegal migrations.
