Partendo dall'analisi dei discorsi della signora Thatcher a Bruges e a L'Aja, questo saggio cerca di delineare la sua visione del processo di integrazione europea, i suoi limiti e le sue potenzialità, sperando di offrire un utile contributo al dibattito odierno sul futuro dell'Europa stessa.

Starting from the analysis of Mrs Thatcher’s speeches in Bruges and in The Haugue, this essay tries to outline her vision of the european integration process, its limits and its potentials, hoping to offer an useful contribution to the nowadays debate about the future of Europe itself.
