Abstract

In recent months, relevant criminal policies have been put in place by Russia in Ukraine. It is now clear that, in parallel with the war fought on the battlefield, Moscow is engaging in other forms of unconventional conflict. This essay aims to discuss two important issues related to the “hybrid war”: the theft of children and wheat.
