The Italian diplomatic action in Africa has undergone considerable development over the last years due to the fact that, within the international arena, the African continent has always represented a natural priority for the Italian foreign policy. The synergy with Africa has always been something strongly felt among the Italian companies and institutions, and it has been strengthened with some significant steps made especially since December 2020, the month in which the policy paper A Partnership with Africa was publicly launched.
